Martina Pfoertner Founder, Owner & Broker
Originally from Germany, where she obtained the equivalent of a US Bachelor of Law, and with over 25 years of experience working as a high bailiff in charge of leading offices in Dachau and Munich to enforce judgements and other enforceable titles, Martina served as a public servant and legal officer acting on behalf of the State of Bavaria to ensure compliance with legal mandates.
In 2016, Martina moved to the United States, where she invested in and still owns Parcel Plus, a successful packing and shipping business located in Englewood, Florida.
After earning her real estate license in 2018, Martina joined Keller Williams Realty. In a short amount of time, she was able to assist successfully with the sale of residential properties. Keller Williams granted Martina a wide range of awards, including the Keller Williams Gold Circle 2020 Award, the Top Listing Producer 2020 Award, the Closed Units Award 2020, the Listing Volume 2020 and January 2021 Awards, the Written Volume October 2020 and January 2021 Awards, the Top Individual Producer in the North Florida Region February 2021 Award and more recently the Closed Volume Agent June 2021 Award.
Martina focuses on assisting foreign investors with the purchase of secondary homes and investment properties and offers the full range of property management services to the property owners.
In 2021, Martina obtained her Florida broker license (BK3411713).
As a result of her various positions in leadership, entrepreneurship, sales, and relationship development, Martina's experience and relationships make her the most valuable partner to assist national and international investors to source, analyze, purchase, renovate and manage residential and investment properties.
